Tara Moore is a licensed private investigator (Oregon PI license #134542) serving Oregon. She brings 13 years of investigative experience, with a background in child abuse and neglect investigations and workplace investigations.
She helps clients explore questions, gather available information lawfully, and understand what the evidence can—and cannot—support.
People deserve respect. Findings deserve independence.
My role is to examine information fairly, including information that may not support a client’s initial concern.
Trauma-informed practice
I explain the process and its limits, use respectful questions, and discuss breaks, accessibility, and communication needs. Participation in voluntary interviews is a choice.
Transparent expectations
You will understand the proposed work, costs, exclusions, and reporting plan before paid work begins. I communicate important limitations and seek written approval for changes to scope or budget.
